Holy Week is the most important week in the Christian calendar as we build up to Easter. Methodist Central Hall Westminster has a number of special events and services this week as detailed below. All are welcome.

Holy Wednesday (17 April) – Stations of the Cross

6.30 p.m. Visit to Westminster Cathedral   

Led by Fr. Daniel Humphreys

Maundy Thursday

7.00 p.m.   A service including Holy Communion and Mozart’s Requiem – Great Hall

Good Friday

10.15 a.m. Meditation at the Cross – Great Hall

Led by Revd. Ruth Gee, National Ecumenical Officer for the Methodist Church

and former President of the Methodist Conference

c11.10 a.m. Hot Cross Buns & Refreshments on sale

12.00 noon Procession of Witness to Westminster Cathedral & Westminster Abbey

Easter Day

11.00 a.m. Holy Communion – Great Hall 

Preacher: Revd. Dr. Martyn Atkins, Superintendent Minister

 6.00 p.m. Holy Communion – Chapel

Preacher: Deacon Kina Saunders
